DISAFOAM BT

DISAFOAM BT is a concentrated product based on fatty alcohols and special additives, recommended for use as an anti-foaming agent and “foam killer” in paper manufacturing processes, acting in a wide pH range.

DISAFOAM BT must be diluted in clean water, dilution rate from 2 to 10%, with continuous agitation and applied continuously by metering pump at critical points of the system. The agitator must remain on to keep the solution uniform during application. The recommended dosage is from 100 to 600 g/ton of dry mass.

DISAFOAM PC 90

DISAFOAM PC 90 is a water based product, with fatty components and special additives.

Recommended for use as an antifoam agent and defoamer in paper manufacturing processes, acting in a wide pH range. Product developed for use in processes with wide temperature range (20-55 degrees C).

DISAFOAM PC 90 must be diluted with clean water, dilution rate from 2 to 10% with continuous agitation and applied continuously by metering pumps in critical points of the system. The agitator must remain on to keep the solution uniform during application. The recommended dosage is of 100 to 600g / tone of dry mass.

DISAFOAM CEL

DISAFOAM CEL is a product developed especially as defoamer for pulp process. Product with high efficiency as a superficial foam killer and with high drain power.

DISAFOAM CEL it is supplied in concentrations  “ready to use”, not necessary to be diluted. Recommended Dosage: In order to meet the desired effect of drainage and foam control, we recommend the use of 200 to 500 g / tones of pulp.
